Proposed package includes
Hosted software, supported updates, normal hosting, security and backups within the agreed scope and support allowance. Service levels are agreed in writing, not guaranteed by this preview.

New features, specialist migration, extra integrations, high-volume usage and 24/7 support are not included.
How we agree the work
- Implementation milestones
- 50% / 30% / 20%. Monthly billing starts at the agreed live pilot or production launch.
- Discovery
- R3 500 – R7 500. Credited if the implementation is commissioned within 30 days.
- Pilot
- R15 000 – R25 000, plus monthly fees at go-live. Reusable implementation work may be credited—not automatically the entire pilot fee.
- Changes
- R850 / hour; 2 hour minimum, or an agreed fixed-price variation.
- Usage & third-party costs
- AI, WhatsApp, maps, SMS and other metered services have agreed budgets. Where agreed, overages are provider cost plus 15%. No unlimited usage is promised.
- Ownership & exit
- Customers own their data. Engine intellectual property remains with DynamixAI, subject to contract. Standard data export is included; specialist migration, IP buyout or exclusivity are separately scoped.
Annual price review. After the initial agreed term, cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Final scope, billing, support and contractual terms must be agreed before purchase.
